After you've completed your abilities assessment, this two-hour individual feedback conference helps you to deepen your understanding of your results and start integrating what you've learned from your assessment.
If you have a group of 5 or more individuals interested in taking the career assessment for students or individuals, we can do a group feedback of the test results for fees that are significantly lower than those for individuals. The group would need to order and pre-pay for the ability battery testing and agree to a group feedback of their results in a three hour workshop setting. We also provide group assessments for companies or schools using the same format of a three to four hour workshop for feedback of the assessment results. Some companies choose this as a company benefit for employee development while others have offered this as a useful process for employees when downsizing.
